Returns Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or if you have changed your mind, then you may request a return and ask a full refund within 3 days of purchase.

Conditions for returning.

  • Customer pays for return postage.
  • We will not issue a refund for postage incurred at the time of sale.
  • The packaging must be sealed and intact.

Checking Warranty

All electronics we sell are eligible for a three-day checking warranty. The warranty starts from the time you have received your delivery.

Note: If the product suffers external damage, such as a fall, hit or break, the warranty will be void.

Damaged Items.

If your order has arrived in damaged condition or is faulty, contact us immediately.

Items not eligible for return

Due to health concerns, we can not accept returns for Vapes, Pods, Tanks or any hardware that has been used, unless faulty. We can not accept returns for E-liquids that have been opened. 

Items bought on “Sale”

You can return items that are on regular/seasonal “sale”

Any items bought on “clearance sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or faulty.

Refund Options:

You can have your money back in your bank account, or we can issue store vouchers which you can use for later purchases.
